2: Air Export Freight Forwarding Company

The shipper will truthfully fill out this consignment letter and fax or return it to the freight forwarder..

2: Inspection:The freight forwarder will check whether the contents of the power of attorney are complete (incomplete or non-standard should be supplemented), understand whether the goods need to be inspected, and assist in handling the goods that need to be inspected..

2: Weighing:Hand over the labeled goods to the freight station for security inspection, weighing, and measuring the size of the goods to calculate the volumetric weight. Afterwards, the freight station will write the actual weight and volumetric weight of the entire order into the "Acceptable Shipping Book", stamp it with the "Security Check Seal", "Acceptable Shipping Seal", and sign for confirmation..

3: Bill of Lading:The freight forwarder enters all cargo data into the airline's waybill based on the "Acceptable Waybill" at the cargo terminal..

4: Special handling:Due to the importance, danger, and shipping restrictions (such as oversized, overweight, etc.) of the goods, the cargo terminal may require the carrier's airline representative to conduct an audit and sign a statement before entering the warehouse..
